Full refund for cancellations made greater than 24 hours of your activity start date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your activity start date are non-refundable.

If we need to cancel due to poor or unsafe weather conditions on the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, we offer a transfer of your ticket to another day of your choice or a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel at short notice. If we arrive at the start point and there is a change in the weather, we may cancel due to safety reasons. In this instance, we offer a transfer of your ticket to another day that suits you or a full refund.

Where you are entitled to a refund, the refund will be made to the same credit card that you used to confirm the booking.
