Full refund, less any fees paid for cancellations made greater than 72 hours of your arrival date.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your arrival date are non-refundable.
Cancellation policy For bookings made over the Christmas/New Year period, the 1st night is non-refundable if cancelled. Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation date are non-refundable.
Check-in or check-out is not available on Christmas Day (25th of December) and the office hours will be reduced.
