Cancellation Policy

Terms & conditions if your plans change

I agree to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights accommodation to Bay of Islands Holiday Park if I cancel with less than 30 days (i.e 720 hours) notification from my check-in date.
Any cancellations made within 2 days (i.e. 48 hours) of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the reservation value.

From Paihia, when driving along the beach (on your right side), go up to the roundabout, turn left (beach behind you), you will pass the Countdown on your right, petrol station on your left, keep driving for about 5 kms to arrive to the camping. When passing through the Haruru village, a blue sign will be on your left to indicate you are 2kms away from the park. The park will be on your right side.
From Kerikeri (travel south) or Kawakawa (travel north), when you reach the Puketona Road junction, follow Puketona Road for 5 minutues and the Holiday Park will be on your left.
