Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are free anytime before the payment date
Prepayment of the full amount will be taken on the payment date or when the booking is made if the payment date has already passed
The booking is confirmed once the payment has been taken. If we are unable to take payment, the booking may be cancelled
Once paid, the booking and fees are non-refundable
Mardi Gras weekend bookings require bank transfer payment within 7 days of making the booking and all bookings are non-refundable
