Tours are subject to availability, and times or itineraries may change.
All prices include 15% GST.
Minimum traveller age is 7 years. Wine tasting is for guests aged 18+.
Guests must have a reasonable level of mobility. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters cannot be accommodated.
Vegetarian, vegan, and dietary requirements can be catered for if advised in advance.
Tours do not operate on specified public holidays.

Cancellation Policy
More than 48 hours before the tour: Cancellation is permitted.
Within 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee.
Within 24 hours or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.
Refunds incur a NZ$20 administration fee.
Gift vouchers and promotional vouchers are non-refundable.

Group Bookings
Groups of 11 or fewer require full payment in advance.
Groups of 12 or more require a 50% deposit.
Final numbers and payment must be confirmed at least 48 hours before departure.
Group cancellation fees vary depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made.

These terms are subject to the New Zealand Fair Trading Act 1986 and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
