Cancellations and Refunds: Scheduled Tours
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to departure date are eligible for a refund minus a 10% fee
Cancellations made within 48 hours, no refund is due
If you fail to show up for your departure, no refund and no credit is due
Refunds are provided via the method the payment was originally made
Private and group tours are non-refundable within 10 days of departure; date changes may be possible at late notice subject to availability
Cruise ship cancellation fees are case by case basis
