Cancellations by the Guest
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule to another available date, at your choice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, except at our discretion.
We understand genuine emergencies happen. Where a cancellation inside the 24-hour window is due to an unforeseen natural event or a genuine family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible — these situations are considered on a case-by-case basis and we'll do our best to find a fair outcome.
No-shows without prior contact are treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable.
