Taiao Adventures

Taiao Adventures is an activity operator dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences in the outdoors. We offer spectacular, unique, guided kayak tours on the stunning lakes of Rotorua. During the day you can marvel at the natural wonders of the Rotorua Geysers and geothermal activity. Then in the evening let us guide you under the Milky Way along the shorelines to explore small hidden caves home to a galaxy formation of glow worms.

Our tours are open to everyone, 5-year-olds to 90-year-olds can enjoy our soft adventure activities. Our guides are experts at catering to a wide range of abilities and can professionally cater the tour to each persons skills and experience. Whilst Rotorua has much to offer for adrenaline-based activities, we consider our tours a more serene and peaceful method of exploration. This is a perfect activity for families, couples, solo-travellers, super experienced outdoor adventurers, and first-time kayakers alike.
