Tongariro Expeditions is New Zealand's leading shuttle service operator for the world famous Tongariro Alpine Crossing.
The Tongariro Alpine Crossing is a one day hike taking 6-8 hours over stunning volcanic terrain. The famous sites such as the Red Crater, Mt Ngauruhoe (Mt Doom), the Emerald and Blue Lakes and the new active Te Maari crater promise a memorable experience unique to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing.
We are based out of Taupo, Turangi, Tongariro Base Camp and Ketetahi car park in the summer season.

Full refund for cancellations made greater than 7 days of your activity start date.
75% refund for cancellations made within 7 days of your activity start date.
50% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of your activity start date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your activity start date are non-refundable.
