Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
We reserve the right to cancel any charter in the interest of passenger safety and comfort. All departures are subject to minimum numbers and weather conditions, if we do cancel due to weather you will be fully refunded. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Passenger cancellations made less than two weeks prior to departure will incur the full ticket price. Cancellations made less than four weeks in advance will incur a 50% fee. All refunds will be made in NZD, conversion rates do not apply. There will be a refund charge of 4.5% if payment was made via PayPal.
