Cancellations made within 21 days of your arrival date are non-refundable.

No-show reservations will be charged for the entire accommodation stay, all current and future reservations will be cancelled after 24 hours of arrival. We recommend you contact Villa Walton should your travel plans change.

Very easy - straight up State Highway 27 from Matamata to turn off to Walton, then three km and we are next to school. Google maps best.
