Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, including no-shows, are non-refundable.

If Vintage Views is required to cancel the tour due to weather, operational issues, or safety concerns, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for another date.

We pick up outside the Movenpick hotel right by Britomart, on the corner of Customs and Queen st. We pull up 15 minutes before tour time in a big red bus, you can't miss us!
