We specialise in small-group private touring (1–11 guests), covering Auckland’s volcanic peaks, coastal highlights, city landmarks, and full-day journeys across the wider region. Our signature experiences blend engaging storytelling, stunning viewpoints, and a relaxed pace — giving you time to explore, learn, and enjoy the moment.

All tours are led by an experienced local guide and operated in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle. Hotel and cruise terminal pickup is included, and every itinerary can be tailored to suit your interests.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & conditions if your plans change

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. As a small business, we rely on scheduled bookings and appreciate your understanding:

100% refund if cancelled more than 7 days before departure

50% refund if cancelled 2–7 days before departure

No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of departure

Late arrivals and no-shows are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable

Refunds apply only to services provided directly by Your Kiwi Tour. Third-party costs (see below) may have different policies.
